Visa Refusal or Cancellation in Australia

Respond to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA)

OUR SERVICES

DHA may send request letters to a visa applicant before a decision is made. It includes a Request for More Information (s 56), an Invitation to Comment on Adverse Information (s 57), or a Notice to Consider Cancellation. Each request has its specific time frame, within which you are required to respond. Otherwise, you will receive an unfavourable decision from DHA once the lime limits has lapsed.

We have been successful in helping visa applicants respond to the above request letters and receive a positive decision. It is an applicant’s last chance to obtain a favourable result from DHA before a refusal or a cancellation is decided.
